The bar raiser interview

The Bar Raiser is an independent interviewer from outside your hiring team, trained specifically to evaluate long-term potential alongside role fit. They are not assessing whether you can do the job — the hiring manager does that. They are looking at how you think, how you handle complexity, and whether you would raise the standard of the team around you. It is the same conversation for every candidate, which keeps our hiring fair and consistent.
