-Prioritize and escalate issues when needed and keep customers informed of progress.
-Diagnose, research and analyze customer issues and requests, flagging any potential problems to ensure they can be mitigated or resolved.

Our fast-growing data & analytics company wants you to be our Director of Business Development, Americas. You will be part of our fast-growing Americas Sales Team reporting directly to our Global Sales Director.

-Work closely with Americas sales on key accounts and customer/prospect visits based on opportunities in the pipeline and targets (new logo & renewals).
-Answer questions beyond sales, sales support and customer service, specifically around air service development (airlines, airports, consultants) and travel tech.  
-Develop custom pricing for bespoke customer requests during Americas business hours (ensure alignment with Product).
-Influence externally with gravitas and thought leadership to raise OAG’s profile through speaking events, webinars and podcasts.
-Critically enables one strategically important deal per quarter.
-Identify new data solutions and use-cases, and work with sales/product to size the opportunities for OAG.
