APPLYING FOR AN IATA CODE

OAG can support your in the application of an IATA designator code in 4 easy steps.

Step 1 - Download and complete the following forms and return both to references@oag.com.

Step 2
- Submit your schedule to OAG free of charge.

Step 3 - OAG will notify IATA your schedule has been received via their Customer Portal and give you the case number for your reference.

Step 4 - IATA  will assign a designator code through their allocation process. No information will be loaded until a valid code has been assign so there will be time to update if your schedule changes.

Please note, if you  already have an assigned code then please provide us with your details and indicate which code you wish to use.
