With a globally dispersed team managing over 100 hotels and providing services to over 3.5 million customers per year, Pestana Hotel Group needed accurate and reliable data to improve and maintain their current operations and to identify and expand into new markets.
Processing data from multiple sources, in different formats and with unreliable levels of accuracy, the group was spending a significant amount of time validating and matching information. Following the integration, Pestana Hotel Group built data-rich and customizable dashboards with visualizations for their Senior Leadership to use to inform their decision making.
