Emirates: 2025 in stats

  • Known for its long-haul operations, Emirates ranks as the 4th largest airline in terms of Available Seat Kilometers (ASKs), though it is 14th in terms of capacity.
  • With a broad network spread from its Dubai hub, the airline's largest capacity increases took place on routes to Latin America (+27%) and North America (+11%) when compared to 2019 levels, although these two markets combined only account for 4.4% of all of its seats so it’s at a relatively low risk to the wider operation.
  • While recording growth of 4.6% in 2025, the airline has still to fully recover from the pandemic, with capacity still down by 1% on 2019 levels. The lag in recovery is largely due to ongoing supply chain delays, both in terms of aircraft delivery delays and the shortage of spare parts.
