Tulinda Deegan Larsen is Managing Director, Analytical Services at OAG, based in Washington D.C., USA.
Tulinda has more than 30 years of aviation industry expertise which she brings to her role in developing strategic and technical solutions for clients.
Tulinda is an internationally recognized expert on the regional airline industry and regional aircraft. She has provided extensive market research services to the regional engine and aircraft manufacturers including G.E., Pratt Whitney, Japanese Aero Engines Corporation, Bombardier Regional Aircraft Division, Saab Aircraft, Embraer, Fairchild Dornier/AvCraft, Raytheon (Beech Aircraft), and the potential new turboprop freighter, Skylander. She has advised regional aircraft financial companies, including IHI, Export Development Banks of Canada, G.E. Commercial Aviation Services.
She joined BACK Aviation Solutions (now OAGback Aviation Solutions) as a Vice President in 1999, after working as a consultant at the international aviation consulting firm of Simat, Helliesen & Eichner (SH&E) and at Airline Economics. Prior to becoming a consultant, Tulinda was Vice President of the Regional Airline Association (RAA), representing U.S. regional airlines. She was responsible for government relations and was a key industry spokesperson presenting and providing testimony to Congress, federal agencies and industry organizations. Before RAA, Tulinda was a staff economist in the Office of the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Transportation where she also served on the in-house task force on airline regulatory reform and an economist with the National Transportation Policy Study Commission.
Tulinda is a private pilot, past-President of the Aero Club of Washington DC, member International Aviation Woman’s Association, member Editorial Board Regional Aviation News, and was named a finalist for the 2007 Stevie Award in the Best Executive –Service Businesses-up to 2500 employees category., She holds a master’s degree in economics and a bachelor’s in political science from The George Washington University.
