Dana Price is Chief Financial Officer of OAG and also Senior Vice President & CFO of Commonwealth Business Media.
Dana joined CBM in 2001, and was promoted to the position of Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer in January of 2005. In this capacity, she has direct operating responsibility for all finance, accounting, legal and payroll functions within the company. Dana is also responsible for the Company’s banking relationships.
Dana is a veteran of Primedia, where she held a number of important positions both at the corporate offices and the operating company level. In addition to positions in the Mergers & Acquisition and Internal Audit groups, she worked at Channel One heading up the Budget & Planning and Ad Traffic departments, and was the Chief Financial Officer of Internet Operations at Primedia Magazines. During her tenure at Primedia, she worked on over sixty acquisitions with a total of more than $2 billion in deal value. Prior to joining Primedia, Dana was an auditor at Deloitte & Touche.
Dana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Binghamton University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
