Update: Surprising Fort Huachuca
Talk
to anyone whose job it is to interdict terrorists and they’ll tell you the
same thing: Intelligence is critical. Without good intelligence, absent
forewarning, counter-terrorism can be flat-out futile. That’s why official
travelers from throughout the world are flocking to the once-quiet desert
city of Sierra Vista, located some 70 miles southeast of Tucson. Sierra
Vista is home to Fort Huachuca, site of the United States Army
Intelligence Center.
