OAG to Provide Schedule Information to Navitare

23  July  2002

(Oak Brook, IL July 23, 2002) OAG Worldwide Inc., the world leader in independent business travel information, announced today that it has signed an agreement that will allow Navitaire, one of the airline industry's leading application services providers (ASPs), to integrate OAG airline schedule information into its reservations, distribution and revenue accounting systems.

This agreement will enable Navitaire's clients to obtain the most up-to-date flight schedule information from OAG, which maintains the most comprehensive flight schedule database in the world.  The OAG database includes information on millions of direct and connecting flights for more than 800 airlines worldwide.

"This partnership further solidifies OAG's commitment to providing the most comprehensive, accurate flight information in the industry," noted Ivan Bekkers, Vice President OAG Data Americas. "We are looking forward to this, and future partnerships with the industry?s best players."

Navitaire will use OAG's schedule database to enhance its customer reporting and display capabilities.  Access to OAG schedules will allow Navitaire to validate carrier sales data prior to report generation and submission to government authorities, resulting in faster and more accurate revenue information processing. OAG schedules will also be used to enhance the Open Skies by Navitaire reservations system and DirectNet product offerings.

"Our decision to utilize OAG data feeds significantly expands Navitaire's capacity to deliver customer-focused solutions across multiple service lines," said Bruce Green, Senior Vice President, Development, Navitaire. "We are pleased to be able to provide this level of service for our clients."
