OAG Moves its US Fulfillment Operations to Sandlots In House System - Eclipsenet

(Provo, UT - July 15, 2002) Sandlot Corporation, the leading provider of subscription management solutions for publishing, media and e-commerce, today announced the successful implementation of its EclipseNet system at OAG Worldwide, the leading provider of independent travel planning information to business travelers, arrangers/travel agents, corporations and government agencies. OAG is using EclipseNet to effectively and efficiently manage subscriptions to the information it publishes in print and electronic formats. The move to an in-house system gives OAG full control of its customer support, a key part of its strategy to deliver quality and value to its customers.

Sandlot has completed the first phase of OAG's conversion to EclipseNet, which involved moving titles from an outsource facility and OAG systems in the US, to Sandlot?s EclipseNet system installed at OAG's UK headquarters. The second and final phase of the process will add OAG's fulfillment operations from the UK, which cover subscription management in some 180 countries outside the Americas. This is scheduled to be implemented in the third quarter of 2002.
