Does jetlag exist? Probably! It is a term used to indicate disorientation and inability to concentrate due to having flown through several time zones faster than the "body clock" can adjust to. Travelers who fly on long journeys that don't cross many time zones tend to work better on arrival than those who fly through many time zones. The business traveler flying to Peking arrives in China at the local time of 0930 in the morning, but the traveler's "body clock" says it is 0130 in the morning, definitely time to go to bed rather than time to start business!
