OAG Flights
How do I login?
Open an Internet Browser window and type-in www.oag.com, this will take you to the OAG homepage where you can login with your OAG Flights user ID and password. If you are experiencing trouble logging in contact our customer care department.
Do I have to login every time?
If you are accessing OAG Flights from a personal computer or one that is not shared, you can click on remember me on the login page and a cookie will be stored on your PC, so it will automatically log you in each time until the cookie expires or is deleted from your PC.
How can I view connecting flights?
Direct and connecting flight will be displayed on the same search results page. You can view more connecting flights by scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking on “more connections.”
Can I make reservations from OAG Flights?
Yes, you can now book online with OAG Flights! Your reservation will be passed through to our booking partner. Our booking partner will provide you with the some of the best fares worldwide – both published and unpublished.
Can I save my Itinerary within OAG Flights?
No, OAG Flights is a simple point-to-point search tool for one way and round trip flights. While it offers the ability to make reservations at the time of search, it doesn’t save your itinerary. If you would like to save Itineraries we recommend upgrading to OAG Travel Planner Pro which allows you to create, save and manage multiple travel itineraries. Can I create Multi-Leg Itineraries?
No, OAG Flights is a simple point-to-point search tool for easy one way and round trip flights. For multi-leg trips we recommend upgrading to OAG Travel Planner Pro which allows you to create complex, multi-leg itineraries quickly and easily. Can I receive training on OAG Flights?

We are now offering Travel Planner Pro online only. By eliminating the delays and costs associated with CD production and distribution, we are now able to provide you with the most up-to-date information and best price possible.

Yes, Travel Planner Pro allows you to create, save, and manage multiple itineraries within the application. You can even output the itineraries in PDF format for printing or emailing.
Can I save more than one profile?
Yes, you can set personal and corporate preferences to travelers’ profiles and apply these to search results within Travel Planner Pro.
Can I create multi-leg Itineraries?
Yes, OAG Travel Planner Pro is a dynamic travel planning and booking tool. You can create and manage multi-leg complex trips that include flights, hotels, car rentals, appointments, and even destination information.

What can I do in My Account?
In My Account you can update and maintain your customer information, view/renew your subscriptions and pay online. You can also use “My Account” to maintain your user ID and password and set simple contact preferences to help OAG serve you better.

How do I renew my subscription?
OAG's subscription are set up as an autorenewal account. If you wish to opt out you can contact a Customer Care representative. You can then log into My account and click on renew my susbcription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can contact our Customer Care department to cancel. Cancellations are only accepted in writing or by speaking to one of our agents.
How do I get a copy of my invoice?
You can request a duplicate invoice by contacting our Customer Care department.
How can I add to my subscriptions?
You can add to your subscriptions online by visiting our online product catalog and follow the buy now you or you can contact our Customer Care department.
How can I add online or mobile access to my subscription?
You can add mobile to your subscriptions online via our Product Catalog and follow the buy now process or you can contact our Customer Care Department.

Is OAG a Travel Management Company (TMC)?
No, we are introducing booking and fulfillment in response to our customers who have requested this for some time. Our strength is providing the best information and travel planning tools available, and offering booking and fulfillment capability to individuals and companies who currently self-book.
Am I booking with OAG?
No, OAG has absolutely no involvement in your booking. You will make your reservation directly with our booking partner, a specialist business travel company. Our booking partner will contact you direct with details of your booking.
