Produce a report to show the frequency share of Openskies operations available from Orly Airport

Openskies (EC) is due to launch flights to & from Orly from the 19th June 2008. We will guide you through how to construct a report – ranking the non-stop departures out of ORY for the week commencing 23rd June 2008.

Start by clicking on the ‘Run a New Query’ link in MAX Online’s homepage then set up your query using the yellow Query Filters

in the Edit Query window;

Departure Airport Code(s)	DEPARTURE FROM folder
Passenger (excluding surface)	SERVICE folder
Operating Flights Only	CODE SHARE folder
Week Commencing Date(s)	PERIOD folder
Non-Stop Flights only	ROUTING folder

Now select the following variables as your Results Objects or .

Departure Airport Code	DEPARTURE FROM folder
Arrival Airport Code	ARRIVAL TO folder
Arrival Airport Name	ARRIVAL TO folder
Carrier Airline Code	AIRLINE folder
Frequency	FREQUENCY & CAPACITY folder

Your screen should look like the image below (click on the chart to view a larger image)

Click on Run Query, select ORY as Departure Airport Code. Select 2008-06-23 as the Week Commencing Date.

Click OK to run the report.

Max Online displays departures from Orly Airport. EC has 7 departures for the week commencing 23rd June 2008. See screenshot below.

Click into the Frequency column and using the Sum Menu from the toolbar choose the Percentage option to display the frequency share at ORY airport.

You can also opt to display your frequencies by descending order.
This is achieved by clicking into your frequency column and selecting the descending option on the menu toolbar.
The report shows the frequency share in descending order.

Openskies has a total of 7 weekly departures from ORY to New York JFK
and a market share of 0.30%. See the below illustration.

Finally, change the format of the report to your preference by using the
options in the properties tab pictured below.
