Produce a report to show the ranking of non-stop destinations available from LHR Terminal 5.
With the opening of T5 at Heathrow last week, we will guide you through how to make a report with a topical feel – ranking the non-stop destinations out of Terminal 5 at Heathrow Airport for the week commencing 7th April 2008.
Start by clicking on the ‘Run a New Query’ link in MAX Online’s homepage then set up your query using the yellow Query Filters in the Edit Query window;

Now select the following variables as your Results Objects or .
Create a ranking by weekly frequency by clicking into the values contained within the Frequency column, then selecting Descend from the Apply/Remove sort from the Report Toolbar.
The report shows that Paris Charles de Gaulle is the most frequency used arrival airport during the week commencing 7th April 2008 with 73 flights.
Calculate the total number of weekly flights out of T5 by once again clicking into the data contained within the Frequency column and use the Sum function from the Insert Sum button in the Report Toolbar.
A row and column will be inserted into the report displaying the total number of flights departing from London Heathrow Terminal 5, in this case 1,337.
Finally, change the format of the report to your preference by using the options in the properties tab pictured below.
