Your screen should look like the image below (click on the chart to view a larger image)
Click on “Run Query”. As the Departure IATA Country Code(s) select ‘US’. Choose ‘LHR’ as the Arrival Airport Code(s). For the Year & Month Number opt for ‘200710’.
Then, click on ‘OK’ to run the report.

The table shows that the airport with the highest number of non-stop flights to LHR is ‘New York JFK’ International Airport, with 577 transatlantic operations throughout October 2007.
To calculate the total number of flights offered by all US airports, click into the data contained within the ‘Frequency’ column and select ‘Sum’ from the ‘Insert Sum’ sub menu. A new row will be inserted at the foot of the table to display the value.
Then, from the same menu calculate the frequency share by airport by selecting the ‘Percentage’ option. This will create an extra column to the right of the Frequency column.
To change the display of your report to include different colours and font types use the options in the ‘Properties’ tab. Below is an example of how your final report could look like; (click on the screenshot below to view the enlarged image)
