Step 3 – Click into the data contained within the ‘Frequency’ column.

Step 4 – Rank the data in descending order using the ‘Apply/Remove    Sort’ button in the report toolbar.

Not surprisingly, Southwest Airlines is offering the highest number of low cost flights for the month of November 2006 (82,664 flights).

Step 5 – If you wish to break down the total volume of flights by type of operation, drag and drop the ‘International/Domestic’ object into your report.

Step 6 – Once this is done, click within the ‘International/Domestic’ column and then select the ‘insert/remove break’ icon that is displayed in the top toolbar.

The results will now show the group of low cost airlines that offer domestic and international operations to/from and within the US.
