Produce three separate reports based on a single query.
Example: We will create three different reports (worksheets), one for frequency, one for capacity and one for total tonnage from the same query. As a case study we will produce these for all Australian carriers for the week commencing 14 August 2006.
Start setting up your query using the yellow query filters:
Carrier Country Name
AIRLINE folder
All Flights (excluding surface)
SERVICE folder
Operating Flights Only
CODESHARE folder
Week Commencing Date
PERIOD folder
Non-Stop Flights Only
ROUTING folder
Now select the following fields as Results Objects.
Carrier Airline Code
AIRLINE folder
Frequency
FREQUENCY & CAPACITY folder
Total Number of Seats
FREQUENCY & CAPACITY folder
Total Tonnage
FREQUENCY & CAPACITY folder
Click on Run Queryand select as Carrier Country Name ' AUSTRALIA' (in UPPER case) and ‘2006-08-14’ as the Week Commencing Date.
The image below shows what your query should look like once you have completed the process (click on the chart to view larger image).
Now Click OK to run the report. MAX Online will display the results in one table that shows the Carrier Airline Code, Frequency, Total Number of Seats and Total Tonnage for all Australian carriers.
Step 1 - Right click on the tab named ‘Report 1’.
Step 2 - Select ‘Duplicate Report’. The duplicated report will be named by default ‘Report 1 (1)’.
Step 3 – Duplicate this report twice by using the steps above. The third report will be named by default ‘Report 1 (2)’.
