Click on Run Query and select as TO/FROM Airport Code ‘BCN’ and ‘2006-07-10’ as the Week Commencing Date

Now Click OK to run the report.  MAX Online will display in the results one table that shows the carrier code, departure & arrival airport codes and frequency.

Hover your mouse over the table until you see a ‘grey border’ displayed around it.  Now press the ‘Control’ (Ctrl) button on your keyboard.  Then, ‘drag & drop’ the table next to the original one.

Step 1: Initial table: click on the data contained within the ‘Departure Airport Code’ column.

Step 2: Click on the Filter Icon that is highlighted in yellow in the top toolbar.

Step 3: Select ‘BCN’.

Repeat the above process for the duplicated table as well and filter the data contained within the ‘Arrival Airport Code’ with ‘BCN’ as your selected value.  You can always rank the Frequency in both tables in descending or ascending order.

MAXimum information

Did you know that for every flight schedule contained in our database you can view the ‘Effective FROM’ & ‘Effective TO’ dates?

In the previous example, click on ‘Edit Query’ to go back to the query tool.  Now expand the ‘Period Folder’ and ‘double click’ or ‘drag & drop’ in the report panel the following two parameters (blue cubes): ‘Local Effective FROM’ & ‘Local Effective TO’ (YYYY-MM-DD).

Run the Query.  Now ‘drag & drop’ the additional two parameters (‘Local Effective From’ & ‘Local Effective To’) in your tables that list the departures from and arrivals to BCN.

Make sure you drop the ‘Effective From (or ‘TO’) Date’ at the heading of the table as shown in the image below (click on the chart to view larger image).  A blue square box indicates that this is the right position to insert your new column.
