The resulting table will display the Week Commencing Date as a column. Right click on the values in this column and select Remove column from the sub-menu. The column disappears, but you will see its result object in the left hand pane. Now press and hold the Week Commencing Date object and then drag the object above the table. A blue rectangle will appear indicating that the cross-tab will be added to the report. Release the mouse button and the total number of frequencies will be displayed in a week-on-week format.
Alternatively, you can run a day-on day or month-on-month report by replacing the Week Commencing Date filter and object with either the Calendar Date or Year & Month Number filter and object respectively.
