Start setting up your query using the yellow query filters:

Carrier Airline Code AIRLINE folder
Departure Airport Code 

DEPARTURE folder

Passenger  (excluding surface)

SERVICE folder

Operating Flights Only  CODE SHARE folder
Week Commencing Date(s)

PERIOD folder

Non-Stop Flights only    ROUTING folder

Now select the following fields as Results Objects.

Arrival Region Code  ARRIVAL folder
Arrival Region Name  

ARRIVAL folder

Total Number of Seats 

FREQUENCY & CAPACITY folder


Your screen should look like the image below:

Click on Run Query and select ‘AF’ as your Carrier Airline Code(s) and CDG as the Departure Airport Code(s).  Select the week that you wish to run the analysis for, e.g. ‘2008-02-11’.

Now click OK to run the report. 

MAX Online displays Air France’s seat deployment out of Charles de Gaulle Airport by arrival region. 

Once you have run the report, click on the data contained within the ‘Total Number of Seats’ column and then select the descending option from the Apply/Remove Sort sub-menu in the Report Toolbar.

The report will rank Air France’s weekly seat allocation out of CDG by region.

Calculate the total number of seats Air France offers out of Charles de Gaulle airport for the week by clicking into the data contained within the Total Number of Seats column and use the Sum function from the Insert Sum button in the Report Toolbar.

A row will be inserted at the foot of the report displaying the total number of seats as shown in the screenshot below.

Using the options in the Properties tab you can format the report as you wish.
