Produce three separate reports based on a single query. Example: We will create three different reports (worksheets), one for frequency, one for capacity and one for total tonnage from the same query. As a case study we will produce these for all Australian carriers for the week commencing 14 August 2006. Start setting up your query using the yellow query filters:
Now select the following fields as Results Objects.

Click on Run Query and select as Carrier Country Name 'AUSTRALIA' (in UPPER case) and ‘2006-08-14’ as the Week Commencing Date. Your screen should look like the image below:
Step 1 - Right click on the tab named ‘Report 1’. Step 2 - Select ‘Duplicate Report’. The duplicated report will be named by default ‘Report 1 (1)’. Step 3 – Duplicate this report twice by using the steps above. The third report will be named by default ‘Report 1 (2)’. The image below shows that there are now three different tabs; Report 1, Report 1(1) & Report 1(2).
Step 4 – Right click on the tab named ‘Report 1’ and select ‘Rename Report’. Type in the Report Properties Prompt ‘Frequency’ and then press Enter. Step 5 – Right click on the tab named ‘Report 1 (1)’ and select ‘Rename Report’. Type in the Report Properties Prompt ‘Capacity’ and then press Enter Step 6 – Right click on the tab named ‘Report 1 (2)’ and select ‘Rename Report’. Type in the Report Properties Prompt ‘Total Tonnage’ and then press Enter. The screenshot below shows the output reports, upon completion of the process
Step 7 – Click on the tab named ‘Frequency’. Delete the redundant columns ‘Total number of Seats’ and ‘Total Tonnage’ by right clicking in the data of each column and selecting the ‘Remove Column’ option. Step 8 – Click on the tab named ‘Capacity’. Delete the redundant columns ‘Frequency’ and ‘Total Tonnage’ by right clicking in the data of each column and selecting the ‘Remove Column’ option. Step 9 – Click on the tab named ‘Total Tonnage’. Delete the redundant columns ‘Frequency’ and ‘Total Number of Seats’ by right clicking in the data of each column and selecting the ‘Remove Column’ option. You have now produced 3 different reports that can be updated simultaneously every time you run this query. MAXimum information Would you like to change the order of the tabs in the report you have just created? We will show the ‘Capacity Report’ first followed by the ‘Frequency’ and the 'Total Tonnage’ Click on the either the ‘Frequency’, ‘Capacity’ or ‘Total Tonnage’ tab. Make sure the left hand window is in the ‘Properties tab’ as below.
Click on the ‘View Document Properties’ tab as below.
At the bottom of the window the ‘Report Order’ shows the current order of the reports which is ‘Frequency’, ‘Capacity’ and ‘Total Tonnage’. Now click on the ‘Capacity’ option and using the arrows on the right, move this report to the top. By repeating this you can move your reports to your preferred position.
