How to spot critical values in your reports. Start by creating an Alerter Example: To identify all flights out of LHR with an overall weekly frequency greater than 50. Start setting up your query using the yellow query filters:

Once you have run the report, click on the data that is contained within the Frequency column. Now click on the red triangle Alerter icon that is positioned in the Report toolbar. The Alerter icon is displayed in the following format.
In the pop up dialog box, click New. The Alerter Editor will be displayed. Enter an Alerter Name e.g. LHR Weekly Frequencies. From the Operator drop down menu select the Greater than option and then type in the Operand section the value of 50. Now click Format. The Alerter Display pop up box is displayed. From the Text Section select Font Bold, Size 8 and Background Color Yellow. Press OK in the Alerter Display, OK in the Alerter Editor and OK in the Alerter. In the results table OAG MAX Online shows all airlines whose weekly number of flights is greater than 50, departing out of LHR.. To remove the Alerter click on the data within the Frequency column. Click on the Alerter icon. Select Remove and choose OK. MAXimum information Have you tried the new MAX Reports that we set up for you last week? Did you try to conduct a trend analysis for airlines? If not, go to the home page of OAG MAX Online, click on Airline Reports within the MAX Reports section. Expand the Airline Reports menu by clicking on the plus ‘+’ symbol. Now expand the list to view the Trend Analysis – Airlines option, select the Weekly sub option. These report templates produce a weekly or monthly frequency trend for all airlines departing from or arriving at any airport worldwide. A selection of multiple periods of time is also available for you. The results show the total number of flights by operating airline over any given period of time.
